While in Panama I had the pleasure to teach a class at my mom's store. It was a lot of fun to teach a different group of women.
One of those women was my grandmother! She's 85 years old and she loves to scrapbooking and cardmaking. Isn't she so cute? I think so too.

I am back in Toulouse. And it's so cold! I thought I was escaping the better part of winter but there is a cold front. Warm weather can't be far...that's what I love about spring time. It's good to be on vacation but it's also so good to be home again!
Here is a peek at some of the workshops I will teach in Toulouse this spring. I will post the dates soon.
Je suis de retour à Toulouse. Brrrr!
A bientot.
Just a quick post to say that I went on a whirlwind trip to paris last Saturday with my mentor-godmother-friend Yvonne, who was visiting me from Miami, and we had one helluva time!
We took a workshop with Celine Navarro whose work I admire so much! And you know what? She's as colorful and fun and inviting as her work. Celine, thank you. Your workshop was wonderful and it was a very special moment I got to share with Yvonne.
I'm off to Miami (my hometown) and Panama for the next month and a half.
Voila.
Donc a bientot!
I was patient and waited 'til these red shoes went on sale and now they are mine! I took a cue from Elsie to photograph them because they make me smile. Also, the picture inspired the color palette for a Valentine's Day project I am working on. So, that kind of makes this a scrap-related entry. Right?
October 15th marked the arrival of my second baby boy, Maxi. I've been busy cocooning and getting to know him.
