De retour...

One of the things I appreciate the most about the French culture is the way they can disconnect, relax. Go. On. Vacation. There are a whole bunch of others things I love and have learned from French people but I'll save it for another post. We're home from our beach vacation. No telephone. No television. No computer. No internet. Hardly any car. Just family. sun. sand. water. and music. It was fabulous. And I am always glad to get home. And glad it's not 40ºC in Toulouse. I unpacked, got the family settled in and then sat down for a quiet date with my computer. Thanks for all your nice comments on my previous posts. It really feels good to get feedback. I'll be replying to e-mails and posting pictures soon. Good night, Denise
